Dear Soldiers of the Cross,
Lamentations 3:22-23 “It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Beloved, I’m so thankful that God’s new beginnings are made fresh to us, not only daily but yearly. I’m so excited God has afforded me a new year to put my hand to the plow and labor in his vineyard. Beloved, I hope you are asking God as Jabez did in 1 Chronicles 4:10: “And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast …” Oh, that God would give us a new vision for 2026.
My heart is still filled with joy as I remember this past year and all the blessed open doors that God gave me. But I can’t stay here, I must keep pressing on. Please pray for us as our schedule is filling up quickly. Right now, we have 11 Bible schools and 3 building projects scheduled. I plea, “Oh God, how am I going to get all this done? Please give me strength.” Please pray for our building projects that God would supply the financing needed. If you would like to help these missionaries with these projects you can contact me for more info.
Beloved, we have a special request for vans. Most of our missionaries on our reservations struggle with worn-out vans and buses. I can’t stress to you more the great need for vans on our reservations. Without a bus ministry on the reservations, you will do little by way of getting the people to church. Please, would you consider donating your vans to our missionaries?
We have another request. Would you please pray for our John Eliot Bible printing project? We have at this time approximately $28,000 in our John Eliot Bible project. We are needing $70,000 to complete this printing project. Would you ask God what he would have you to do by way of supporting this project?
We have three more communities of the Wampanoag people in which to place this Bible. If you would like to help us with this project, you can send your support to Native American Mission Fund Ministries, 3232 Hendersonville Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768. Please mark the MEMO, John Eliot Bible Fund. Please pray for this Bible project and call me if you have any questions.
Finally, beloved, would you please pray for me and Ms Sheril as we both have health issues. I know we are getting older and our bodies are getting worn, but we still want to do all we can to get the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to as many as we can, while we can. Please forgive me — I know the list is long, but the needs are great.
