January 2022 Prayer Letter

Dear Soldiers of the Cross,

We are praising the Lord for another year HE has given us to labor for HIM in HIS white vineyard. The Lord has blessed us with good health and more than anything, a desire to put my hand to the Gospel plow and till the ground and plant the precious seed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What could be more thrilling in this life than winning souls for the Kingdom?

I would like to thank each one of you that participated in sending the Christmas shoeboxes out to the reservations. Your acts of kindness brought so much joy to the hearts of so many kids that would not have received anything for Christmas. Heaven has recorded your efforts and God has put this to your account, and when we stand before Him you will receive your reward. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has hands and feet and thank you so much for allowing God to use yours. Our greatest missionary, JESUS CHRIST, gave us so many examples on how to minister to people, through the Word and also by meeting their needs.

I would like to bring back to your attention a previous prayer request we had a few months ago. For some time now, God has put on my heart to build a warehouse somewhere in the southwest. This warehouse would serve as a drop-off point for supplies for missionaries and their churches. Back in December Bro Robert Jones and I traveled out to Deming, New Mexico, and looked at some property that has been made available to us by a local Baptist church. I must be honest with you — God has truly touched my heart about this property. PLEASE help us pray about this burden. I know that where God guides, HE will supply.

In my November 2021 prayer letter, I shared with you the great opportunity we had to visit Harvard University in Massachusetts and to view and touch the first Bible printed in America, John Eliott’s Native American Wampanoag Bible. I am pleased to let you know that we are in the process of getting this Bible reprinted and made available without charge to every member of the Wampanoag Tribe. Praise the Lord! This Bible could also be used in their schools by way of teaching them to read their language. If you would like to be a part of printing this Bible, you can send your support to Native American Mission Fund Ministries or NAMFM, 3232 Hendersonville Hwy, Pisgah, NC 28768 and mark it for John Eliott Bible.

Finally, help us pray for my upcoming year’s schedule. I want to stay in the center of God’s will in all that we do. Last year we traveled around the world two times over, over 50,000 miles. I assure you, that was not easy. I have the old man looks to prove it. Lord bless you and thank you for standing with us in the ministry.

As We Labor for Christ,
